SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
The Drippy Pony uses USPS First Class and Priority mail for domestic and International orders. Rates vary.
Our shipping days are Monday’s and Friday’s, we generate tracking numbers early for preparation.

Due to COVID the processing time for orders is 5-10 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 1-3 days, and 10-15 business days during holidays and Black Friday. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. The Drippy Pony is also not responsible for incorrect addresses entered on behalf of the customer OR wrong deliveries on behalf of USPS.
Failure to sign for your package will result in package to be re-routed back to USPS. USPS will hold package for 5-10 business days before re-routing back to The Drippy Pony. It is the customers responsibility to pay for original shipping + 20% restocking fee so that The Drippy Pony can resend.
Failure to sign a second time will result in 100% restock fee plus original shipping cost.
The Drippy Pony reserves the right to bundle multiple orders when customers order at different times.
The Drippy Pony reserves the right to split an order into multiple packages.
RETURN POLICY
Due to COVID The Drippy Pony does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns.
In the unlikely event that a product is missing, we will ONLY send replacements for damaged/missing product within 2 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
We will not accept any products that have been worn, used or altered from it's original packing condition (brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed, or colored). All tags and packaging must be included. Shipping charges for returned items will not be refunded.
